Garden Clean-up Day in Bridgeview

On Saturday, we'll be dedicating a few hours to cleaning the community garden started by Uniting America and Universal School this past spring. We'll be weeding and preparing the space for the upcoming spring. Student and parent volunteers have committed to come and be a part of the efforts, which is exactly what we had in mind starting this project; having community members of all ages take ownership of the garden. It'll be exciting to see what becomes of next year's garden!
