That is why we are proud to announce that the Center for Economic Progress provides free tax help to working families throughout Illinois, including Chicago, Aurora., Rockford, Elgin, Waukegan, Harvey, Peoria, Champaign, Rock Island, and East St. Louis. With nearly 30 tax sites, they are ready to help families get the most out of tax time.

In 2010, tax sites will be open from January 23 thru April 15. Center for Economic Progress operates one of the largest and most established free tax preparation programs in Chicago and Illinois.
