Catherine was born and raised in Quito, Ecuador. She has been at ICIRR since February 2006 and she is interested in immigrant community issues and the effect of media in immigration issues. She has worked in the communications field as a producer for tv commercials, tv programs, and theater. She has a degree in TV Production as well as an Associate in Applied Science in Multimedia Arts and a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Loyola University Chicago.
