Massive Rally to Protect Families Closes Statehouse
Over 6000 illinoians who will be affected by the devastating budget cuts have descended on the illinois state capital. Youth and children chanting "save teen reach", "if I lose my home can I live in yours". Its chilling, how many people have to suffer before Illinois has a humane budget?
We got reports a few hours ago that people are no longer being let into the capital. Some folks are still waiting outside.
