Ainsley Castrejon is one of the program coordinators at ICIRR. She will assist partner organizations with NAI and IFRP programs. Ainsley was born in the Southside of Chicago and is passionate about community advocacy and immigrant rights. She earned a B.A in Urban Studies and Public Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Prior to joining ICIRR, Ainsley worked at various nonprofits, including Erie Neighborhood House and The Resurrection Project serving the undocumented community and helping with immigration legal services. 

Ainsley will graduate from National Louis University with a Master's in Public Administration and nonprofit management. Ainsley hopes to continue her advocacy work with ICIRR in helping the undocumented community.
