We officially launched our 2024 Democracy Project on August 7, 2024! Leading up to Election Day (November 5th),

9 community leaders will be organizing in their communities and mobilizing immigrant voters and allies to support pro-immigrant policies. 

They will be working in eight key geographies: Lake County; Suburban Cook County; West Chicago and Elgin; Melrose Park; Bolingbrook and Romeoville; Joliet; Brighton Park, Chicago; and Chicago’s Chinatown.

Important Dates

  • August 7, 2024 - First day to apply to Vote By Mail

  • October 20, 2024 - Last day to Register to Vote Online at 11:59 PM

  • October 21, 2024 - First day of state-wide Early Voting and Same Day Voter Registration*

  • October 31, 2024 - Last day to apply to Vote By Mail at 5:00 PM

  • November 5, 2024 - Election Day (Voting sites are open from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
